It also comes with an adjustable reclining seat that can be positioned in several positions as well as a cup holder for the parent. Other key features include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels, as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

It did better in our push and turn test than most of the strollers we tested, but it is nonetheless difficult to maneuver on uneven ground or through narrow doors. The sunshades it has were among the smallest of all strollers we test. They only cover the top and do not feature peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a more extensive canopy.

The front wheels can be locked in forward positions or let them swivel which helps when covering rough terrain. On our walk through the stony trail, we let them move and it did this quite well although it did seem more bumpy than the other models that we tested.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is most famous for its three-wheeled, all-terrain strollers that jog. But they also manufacture a vast selection of pushchairs with four wheels. The City Tour 2 is one of their most sought-after models. It is easy to fold and can fit into the trunk of a car even with an attached carrycot.

It's a bit heavier than the other strollers we tested but the wheels are rubber composite so it feels well-made and durable. It's a breeze to maneuver across all types of terrain. It's easy to move, even when loaded with two children and shopping bags.

Both the seat and the carrycot come with hoods that can be lowered to reveal UV50+ sun canopy extension. They are sturdy and waterproof, unlike other hoods for prams, which can be blown back onto toddlers' faces.

It doesn't have a lot of storage space, but it comes with an ample basket that is deep enough to hold a changing bag or plenty of groceries. You can also pair it with the Baby Jogger car seat for infants up 20 lbs (car seat and adapters are sold separately). If you are looking for a stroller that can be taken on the road, the City Tour 2 is an excellent option.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was an infant stroller that captivated the hearts of a large number of parents when it first debuted. It's an aluminum-framed stroller that can be used from baby's first days to beyond. It has a number of notable features, including the possibility of flipping the seat between parent and world-facing, a large UPF 50+ canopy with an eye shade that flips out, a spacious basket and adjustable handlebar.

The chassis has a built-in suspension system which reduces the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are constructed of tough foam and reduce punctures. It was simple to push and our test driver was able to maneuver the car through narrow streets.

It folds automatically and locks in just four steps. It can also be folded and raised for easier transportation down the stairs or in the trunk of the car. The travel system is also included with the option to add an additional car seat or carrycot using the adaptors included. The brakes are simple to use, using a single color coded and flip-flop-friendly.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget pushchair is easy to use and has a fantastic dual suspension. It can be folded by one hand and comes with a handy carrying strap. It is also lightweight and durable. The seat can be reclined in several positions. It has a built-in double breathable mattress that is suitable for babies from birth.

The canopy/seat has two extra-large fixed or flip-out sun visors. Both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't the best since it's not as silent as Velcro and could wake up napping babies.

The Duet is a stroller with an angled design that can be used by twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seat and some carrycots. In twin mode the seats can be placed so that they face each one. They can also be set to face the parents. This will help reduce sibling disputes over who sits with dad and mom. It comes with a massive bottle holder, gear tray snack tray, and an adjustable mat. It also has a superior folding stand that folds down and a frame lock.

The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger for parents who love to be active. It's one of the lightest strollers for running that you can buy your child. The seat is well-padded and offers a large area to sit in, however the depth of the seat is less than other joggers we've tested (it's approximately 10"). The storage bin is secured with a zipper that keeps things safe. It can hold up to 10 pounds. It is enough for the majority of diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters that will fit the majority of infant car seats and bassinets, but you can use them starting from the first day with adapters that will fit brands such as BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It folds compactly and takes 5-10 minutes to assemble with no tools. The manual is easy to read and contains a variety of languages.
